Festival Logistics
The box office at Borgo Paola wiil open every day at 10 am.
On Friday the check-in is already open from 9:30 am.
The workshops start punctually at 11 am, 1 pm, 4 pm 6 pmh and 8 pm (on Sunday the last workshop takes place at 6 pm).
There are three workshops offered simultaneously on all three days, therefore, you can take a maximum of five workshops per day.
Many workshops are offered twice, so that it is possible to participate in most all of them during the three days of the festival.
The main language at the workshops is Italian. Most of them could be also translated or held bilingually Italian/English. Please check the schedule.
IMPORTANT!
We would like to ask every participant to bring an own large (sauna) towel as a pad, a small towel to dry the sweat and a yoga mat if available! Thanks a lot!
